用來計算航空運費的重量。計費重量可以是體積重量，或是當(dāng)貨物裝于載具中時，用裝載總重量減去載具的重量。
運費表 （Tariff）
承運人運輸貨物的收費價格、收費和/或有關(guān)條件。運費表因國家、貨物重量和/或承運人的不同而有所差異。
總重 （Gross Weight）
裝運貨物的全部重量，包括貨箱和包裝材料的重量。
到岸價格CIF （Cost, Insurance and Freightage）
指"成本、保險和運費"，即C＆F外加賣方為貨物購買損失和損毀的保險。賣方必須與保險商簽訂合同并支付保費。
離岸價格FOB（Free on Board）
在「船上交貨」的條件下，貨物由賣方在買賣合同指定的裝船港裝船。貨物損失或受損害的風(fēng)險在貨物經(jīng)過船舷（即離開碼頭被置于船上后）時便轉(zhuǎn)移給買方，裝卸費由賣方支付。
機場離岸價（FOB Airport）
這術(shù)語與一般FOB術(shù)語類似。賣方在離境機場將貨物交與航空承運人后，損失風(fēng)險便由賣方轉(zhuǎn)移到買方。
收貨人（Consignee）
其名字列明于航空貨運單上，接收由承運人所運送的貨物之人。
發(fā)貨人（Consignor）
等同于托運人。
集運貨物（Consolidated Consignment）
由兩個或兩個以上托運人托運的貨物拼成的一批貨物，每位托運人都與集運代理人簽訂了空運合同。
集運代理人（Consolidator）
將貨物集合成集運貨物的人或機構(gòu)。
COSAC（Community Systems for Air Cargo）
"高識"計算機系統(tǒng)的縮寫。是香港空運貨站有限公司的信息及中央物流管理計算機系統(tǒng)
海關(guān) （Customs）
負(fù)責(zé)征收進(jìn)出口關(guān)稅、查禁走私和麻醉品交易及濫用的政府機構(gòu)（在香港稱香港海關(guān)）
海關(guān)代碼 （Customs Code）
由香港海關(guān)（CED）為一批貨物加注的代碼，以表明清關(guān)結(jié)果或要求貨站經(jīng)營者/收貨人采取何種清關(guān)行動。
清關(guān) （Customs Clearance）
在原產(chǎn)地、過境和在目的地時為貨物運輸或提取貨所必須完成的海關(guān)手續(xù)。
運輸申報價值 （Declared Value for Carriage）
由托運人向承運人申報的貨物價值，目的是要決定運費或設(shè)定承運人對損失、損害或延誤所承擔(dān)責(zé)任的限制。
聲明價值附加費 （Valuation Charge）
以托運時申報的貨物價值為基礎(chǔ)的貨物運輸收費。
海關(guān)申報價值 （Declared Value for Customs）
適用于，為核定關(guān)稅金額而向海關(guān)申報的貨物價值。
墊付款 （Disbursements）
由承運人向代理人或其它承運人支付，然后由最終承運人向收貨人收取的費用。這些費用通常是為支付代理人或其它承運人因運輸貨物而付出的運費和雜費而收取的。
禁運 （Embargo）
指承運人在一定期限內(nèi)拒絕在任何航線或其中的部分航線上或接受轉(zhuǎn)機的來往于任何地區(qū)或地點承運人任何商品、任何類型或等級的貨物。
出口許可證 （Export License）
準(zhǔn)許持證人（托運人）向特定目的地出口指定商品的政府許可文件。
貨運代理 （Forwarder）
提供服務(wù)（如收貨、轉(zhuǎn)貨或交貨）以保證和協(xié)助貨物運輸?shù)拇砣嘶蚬尽?/p>
進(jìn)口許可證 （Import Licence）
準(zhǔn)許持證人（收貨人）進(jìn)口指定商品的政府許可文件。
收貨核對清單（Reception Checklist List）
貨運站經(jīng)營者接收托運人貨物時簽發(fā)的文件。
受管制托運商制度（Regulated Agent Regime）
是政府對所有空運代理進(jìn)行安全檢查的制度。
提貨單 （Shipment Release Form）
承運人向收貨人簽發(fā)的文件，用于從貨運站經(jīng)營者處提取貨物。
托運人 （Shipper）
貨物運輸合同中指定的向收貨人發(fā)貨的人或公司。
活動物／危險品 托運人證明書（Shipper's Certificate for live animals/ dangerous goods）
托運人所作的聲明-聲明其貨物已根據(jù)IATA最新版本的規(guī)則和所有承運人規(guī)則和政府法例的規(guī)定，將貨物妥善包裝、準(zhǔn)確描述，使其適合于空運。
托運人托運聲明書（簡稱：托運書）（Shipper's Letter of Instruction）
包括托運人或托運人的代理人關(guān)于準(zhǔn)備文件和付運貨物的指示的文件。
TACT（The Air Cargo Tariff）
由國際航空出版社（IAP）與國際航空運輸協(xié)會（IATA）合作出版的"空運貨物運價表"的縮寫。
EDIFACT（Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transportation）
是「管理、商業(yè)和運輸電子資料交換」的縮寫。EDIFACT是用于電子資料交換的訊息句法的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
FIATA（Federation Internationale des Associations de Transitaires et Assimilées）
FIATA被許可人——被許可在香港發(fā)出FIATA文件[作為托運人和運輸代理人收貨證明（FCR）的FIATA 提單（FBL）] [FIATA Bill of Lading （FBL） "as Carrier" Forwarders Certificate of Receipt（FCR）] 的成員。受貨運代理責(zé)任保險的保障（最低責(zé)任限額：US$250,000）。
HAFFA （Hong Kong Air Freight Forwarding Association）
香港貨運業(yè)協(xié)會有限公司（HAFFA）的縮寫，始創(chuàng)于1966年，是一個推動、保障和發(fā)展香港貨物運輸業(yè)的非贏利性組織。
IATA （International Air Transport Association）
國際航空運輸協(xié)會的縮寫。IATA是航空運輸業(yè)的組織，為航空公司、旅客、貨主、旅游服務(wù)代理商和政府提供服務(wù)。協(xié)會旨在促進(jìn)航空運輸安全和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化（行李檢查、機票、重量清單），并協(xié)助核定國際空運收費。IATA的總部設(shè)于瑞士日內(nèi)瓦。
